What do I get when I buy that DryThemes package?

All WordPress Themes that we have at the moment;
Child-Theme included for each theme
Layered Photoshop files for all WordPress Themes so you can edit stuff pretty easy;
Included .POT file for easy translations
Basic documentation in .PDF for each WordPress theme;
Demo content for all themes. You can import DC so your website can look like our demo WordPress Theme.
Access for 12 months to our support forum / email support where you can get the answers from our developers.
Theme updates for 12 months. When new version of WordPress arrives, we will update all our themes so can download and use latest version.
Upcoming themes for 12 months. From moment you buy our DryThemes Package until the same time next year you will have access to all old and new WordPress Themes.
Lifetime license to use our WordPress Themes

Will price stay the same next year?

Yes. $59 is the price for whole package and will remain the same for a lifetime. Even when we have 30+ themes.

Can I use a theme to make client’s website.

Yes. You can use them on unlimited projects. You are free to use them for both personal and commercial projects.

Is there a limit on how many sites can I use the themes?

You can use any theme as many times and projects as you’d want. However, be noted that licence expire after 12 months and after that period you’ll have no access to theme updates, new themes and support.

How can I get Support?

Once you have created your account, head over to our support forums where you can post any question regarding the theme. Our developers will respond to your question asap. We are open 24/7. Just please be patient and be aware of the possible time difference.

Will I still have access to the themes and updates after 12 months of membership?

When you purchased WordPress Themes pack you actually purchased licence which includes one year of WordPress Themes updates, upcoming themes (in 12 months period of time) and support. After expiration, you can still use our WordPress Themes you’ve purchased, but you will no longer have access to files, updates, new themes and support forums.

Is it safe for me to make transfer (buy themes) via your website?

Actually you don’t purchase directly from us or DryThemes.com website. All purchase and product fulfillment are going through FastSpring, a trusted reseller for drythemes.com. So when you click “Buy” you will be redirected to secured FastSpring payment page where you can complete your purchase. Connection is secure and encrypted so your sensitive credit card information and credentials are safe.

Can I get a Refund?

As we already stated, you can buy our themes via FastSpring. Should you have a problem with any product purchased through FastSpring, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to correct any problems quickly. Refunds may be granted up to 30 days after purchase. Customers may be asked to provide a valid reason for the refund request and we may suggest alternative ways to resolve your issues.

Do you offer a hosting service?

No. You need to find suitable hosting service by your own. We can help you with basic guidance how to install WordPress theme via our support forum.
